Clancy Quay

Description

A €210,000 The Clancy project involved the construction of high quality apartments on the former Clancy Barracks in Islandbridge. This phase of the development was in the main constructed over the underground car park. This required the need for raised beds & a special low weight topsoil mix, planting of a range of trees, shrubs & herbaceous plants as specified by the landscape architects Mitchell & Associates. This contract received an Award at the ALCI Awards 2011.
