Clanbrassil Street Dundalk

Description

The Clanbrassil Street and St. Nicholas Quarter rejuvenation scheme in Dundalk town centre was officially opened by Cathaoirleach of Louth County Council, Councillor Dolores Minogue, in September 2020.

We were very proud to be involved in providing the soft landscaping for this rejuvenation scheme in the heart of Dundalk.

Speaking at the official opening local County Councillors were delighted with the completed scheme, stating that it had transformed the main spine of the town, in line with the Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS).

The Church Street/Bridge Street/Linenhall Street junction was reconfigured to provide a public open space with planting and seating in front of St. Nicholas’ Church.
