This hi–tech enterprise and innovation industrial–style building is part of the cluster that already exists in the Silicon Docks and Barrow Street for technology companies.

The imaginative courtyards were designed by Landscape Architects TTT, providing focal points for the occupants of the building, creating a calm green oasis effect in this urban site.
